No frame

I purchased this A-Frame thinking that it came with the frame. It wasn't until after I received it and read the review from someone else (posted after I made the purchase) that the frame did not come with the fabric unless you picked a-frame and fabric. Disappointing.

Upon reviewing the product page, we found that the first selection made during design is the Bundle Option, where customers choose between "Frame + Insert" or "Insert Only". Based on your Order History, your purchase was for the Insert Only option. We truly regret any confusion this may have caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. To prevent similar situations in the future, we highly recommend double-checking product specifications and descriptions before placing an order to ensure the selected items meet your needs. This does not come with the frame unless you select it from a separate menu even though it says "Aluminum Tube Frame" in the description. I asked if they could just charge me for the frames and send them, but they said I have do an entirely new order. I will buy frames on Amazon and figure out how to mount the canvas, but I am very disappointed with Vistaprint. I do a lot of business with them and I am not at all pleased they could not resolve this by just sending the frames in a separate order.
