The premium material features a matte finish on one side and a semi-gloss finish on the other, with a completely crease-free surface. At 120 g/m², it’s slightly heavier and softer than our standard flag material (110 g/m²), giving it a more premium feel and appearance while also being more durable. We hope this helps for your next order and appreciate you sharing your experience.

Where do i begin first place its supper small it’s an embarrassment ! Second the pink was suppose to be brighter pink it looks like an old pink. Super disappointed!!! For the cost

Based on our review, we see that you ordered the 7.5' flag, which is the smallest size we offer. For future orders, we offer four size options so you can choose a larger flag if needed to better suit your display. Regarding the color concern, we’d like to take a closer look.
