I ordered a mesh banner and it came waaay too light. It did not look like what I ordered. I called, and the rep agreed. After an hour on the phone, they sent me a darker one. It was still too light and did not look like what I ordered. I told them to put it on vinyl instead and it came out closer to the picture on the website. It was still a bit light, but being on vinyl instead of mesh made the saturation level better. Be aware that mesh banners should be ordered way darker than what it looks like on their website. On one hand, I had to order the banner 3 times. On the other hand, they only charged me once. That's why I'm not sure how many stars to give them.

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with the printing of the Mesh Banners. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the color differences you encountered with your mesh banner. While we're glad our customer service team was able to work with you and provide replacements at no additional charge, we understand that needing multiple versions to achieve an acceptable result was inconvenient and time-consuming. In the future, please note that light colors such as the ones in your design are not recommended for printing on the mesh banner. If your background is light, it is suggested that the text or image be in bright or dark colors. This is due to the 70-30 weave, which means that the color looks slightly less vibrant, and fine details may not be visible. In this case, the vinyl banner is the better option.
