Sign arrived not centered
Oct 5, 2026 | Angela M. | United States United States
I used all the alignment on the building tool where everything was centered and it arrived off center. I went back and looked at proof and that is centered as well. There is no way to request refund or redo which is frustrating.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We regret to hear that the print was not centered on the sign ordered and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. We'll be happy to help with getting this matter resolved if you would reply with a photo showing how the print came on the product.

The table sign was very affordable and so very nice looking. The cards were business size but had a nice saying on them. I used them to promote our church. I will definitely be ordering again! Oh yes, fast delivery too!

Setting up your sign is easy – just slide the bottom of your sign into the included base. Make sure the front of your sign faces the sloped side of the base. For the best results, keep the area in the front of your metal table sign clear so your message stays visible.

  • Place text away from the design’s edges and use a 20pt font size or more
  • Use light-colored text on a dark background and dark text on a light background
  • Make sure your images are clear, vibrant and have a resolution of 300 dpi
