The font was extremely small, difficult to read but readable. I would have liked to see; QA contact me to confirm the small font size was what I wanted. The final review I saw and approved did not show the font as small as it appeared on the final print. I understand I approved the print but the view I saw and the final print did not match. Vista Print has always provided outstanding products; I was shocked and disappointed at the final outcome on the business cards. The sign was perfect as expected. Thank You Very Respectfully Pete

We regret to hear that the print was smaller that expected on the cards ordered and so made it difficult to read. We're sorry for any confusion caused by this and will be happy to see how best we can help. In reviewing the account, we are seeing that some text would have been too small on the product and so would need to have a larger font size. The size the card template is displayed at in the studio is larger than what the actual printed card would be and so the print would appear larger that what was printed. We'll be happy to help with getting the cards replaced if you are able to provide an updated design with print being larger on the product. Please let us know if you are able to do so.

These dont reflect metal frames or what they should be. I bought metal frames as that is what i wanted. i did not want a plastic base with a sign that was basically plastic with a very thin layer of metal in the middle. Kind of pointless
