I have ordered products before from Vista but this time, my experience was not great. The shipping date continued to change and by the time I received the product, the event was over. The sign was also slightly bent in the upper corner.

The product doesn't match the design proof

I ordered a sign along with business cards and postcards because it was supposed to be quicker shipping. It wasn't, the sign took a long to to ship to me and the holes were not where they were on the design proof, so it looks off center and like a mistake. When I contacted them they try to redo the design and said to keep the design below the sign hole, although no where on vista print does it say to do that. The two attempts at redesign by customer service were not good (they tried, but the entire design proportions were off). They were going to allow me a 'one time exception' to get it redone. I was furious, it was their fault, not mine, but they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake. And honestly I don't trust that the design proof will match the final product. There are plenty of other businesses that make business cards, signs, etc, so I am going to take my business elsewhere.

Our standard aluminum signs are durable, rust-resistant and perfect for outdoor use. You can choose between lightweight, economical 0.040" aluminum (about the thickness of a dime) or thicker, long-lasting 0.063" aluminum, which is great for tougher conditions. Both options come with predrilled holes, rounded corners and an optional glossy coating for a vibrant, protective finish.

For nighttime visibility, our 3M™ reflective aluminum signs are a great choice. They meet ASTM D4956 type I standards for non-critical signs and are available in 2 options: lightweight, rust-proof 0.040" reflective aluminum or thicker 0.080" reflective aluminum, designed to last 5–7 years in outdoor conditions. These reflective signs also include predrilled holes and rounded corners, making them easy to install and built to last.

Use a soft cloth and lukewarm water to clean dirt and dust. Avoid soap or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the sign and reduce its lifespan.

You can choose between 2 standard sizes:

  • 24" x 18"
