Will my pennant banner come with grommets included?

No they’re not, but you have the option to add them to your order. Grommets are highly recommended for a secure, reinforced hold and can be used in combination with rope, zip ties or a stand.

If I see wrinkles on my pennant, how do I remove them?

Wrinkles should smooth out over time. To speed up the process, place your custom pennant flag under a heavy, flat object to get the wrinkles out. To avoid creasing while storing, don’t put anything on top of the pennant. We also recommend washing your hands every time you handle the pennant banner.

What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor material?

While they’re both made out of 15 oz vinyl, the outdoor material is more durable and suitable for the elements. If you plan to use your pennant banner outside, it is strongly encouraged to choose the outdoor material.

Do you offer any hanging options for my custom pennant banner?

Only when you add grommets to your pennant banner. You can then add nylon rope, clear adhesive hangers and zip ties at checkout.

I was very pleased that the design and colors turned out so well. I am disappointed that I overlooked selecting to reinforce the edges. I'm afraid that the middle may droop since there's nothing to support that upper edge between the grommets. My mistake. Otherwise I'm very pleased with it.
