Choose between 2 sizes for your booth: 7.5' x 7.5' and 7.5' x 10'. The frame breaks down to 13" x 15.5" x 36" when unassembled, and the wheeled carrying case measures 37" x 13" x 12". The 7.5' x 7.5' display weighs 28 lbs. total (frame and fabric), while the 7.5' x 10' display weighs 35 lbs. – making both easy to transport for travel and events. You can also add side panels for a sleeker, finished look, or stick with the frame and front panel only. Need to refresh your messaging down the road? We offer pop-up fabric replacements.
Design, order & go
Ready to get started? Browse our pop-up banner design options or upload your own – we recommend 150 dpi or higher. Once you've customized your design, we'll take it from there – professionally printing and shipping your pop-up display with wheeled case. When it arrives, assembly takes about 5 minutes with 2 people, and the machine-washable fabric stays looking sharp with cold cycle cleaning and air-drying.

Pop-up signage can be assembled by a single person, but it would be most efficient to have at least 2 people working together. Assembly is quick – about 5 minutes with 2 people – when you use the following approach:
1. Stretch out corners: Make sure the hook and loop fasteners are facing up, then stretch out the corners.
2. Lock clips: Lay your pop-up display frame and lock the clips into place.
3. Attach fabric: Attach the fabric to the fastener strip around the pop-up.
4. Raise & stabilize: Raise the pop-up sign and attach the stabilizer feet.
With proper care and normal wear and tear, the expected lifespan of our pop-up displays is roughly 6 years.
The 7.5ˈx 7.5ˈ pop-up works well with most standard-size trade show booths.
Yes, we offer a graphic-only option if you want new fabric for an existing Vistaprint pop-up frame. Please note that we can only guarantee that it will fit one of our frames.

Your pop-up display features a lightweight aluminum frame with supporting poles and a machine-washable fabric panel for your graphic. The machine-washable fabric cleans easily on a cold cycle – just air-dry to keep the print looking sharp. For the frame, a quick wipe-down with a dry cloth does the trick. Store everything in the wheeled carrying case when you're not using it.
