QR codes one bigger table top banners work but don’t scan on the smaller banner it didn’t print well for the code

Upon checking the design and product specifications, it appears the QR code on the smaller banner size is actually too small, which can cause it to become illegible and affect its scannability. I have used vistaprint for other jobs with satisfied results, however, I am gravely disappointed with this retractable banner. It is extremely granular and difficult to read. It doesn't match the proof I approved to print the order. I'm requesting financial retribution as I can't get it reprinted as my event is in 6 days.
