Tabletop Retractable Banners

The banners are great and the little tabletop set works easily for quick identification of our group at informal meetings. It is a useful product. What is most important about my order is the help I received from your customer service representative. I was reordering a design that had been developed by a fellow volunteer for our organization a couple of years ago. Your agent was understanding and efficiently found the old order. She made the purchase easy for one who prefers not to deal with internet purchasing when possible. It was her personal service that made the difference for me. Thank you.

As with any show, we always need stuff last minute. Vistaprint came through again! I ordered it and it actually came in a day early. So, that always helps reduce stress the last night before a conference. The tabletop banner itself was good quality, no issues, well printed, and the frame was compact and light and looked good enough to be proud of on our conference table. Thanks again Vistaprint!

Printing Issue - Underexposed

Oct 30, 2026 | Travis H. | United States

Both the file and the digital preview looked great, but it arrived with a large area too dark. After calling customer service tried their best to edit and correct the print. They even sent out another one at no charge, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, even the second one had the same issue..

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We’re truly sorry that both your original Tabletop Retractable Banner and the replacement arrived with the same printing issue. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after already working with our Customer Care team to resolve the concern. While we appreciate your patience and acknowledge the efforts made to correct the issue, we regret that the replacement still did not meet your expectations or the quality standards we strive to provide at VistaPrint. Thank you for sharing the photo proof, as this will help us further investigate the matter and raise your feedback with our Quality Team. In the meantime, we’d like to offer another replacement at no additional cost to give us another opportunity to make things right. Would you be happy for us to proceed with this arrangement? We look forward to your approval.

Frequently asked questions

Setting up your sign is easy:
1. Cassette: Set your cassette on the table.
2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.

Tabletop signs are best for shorter term use like advertising limited-time deals, events and seasonal offerings. Tabletop retractable banners are better for longer-term messaging, repeat use and travel.

No, we only offer single-sided printing at this time.

We don’t recommend it. This cardstock is neither water- nor wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit use to indoor settings. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, you may want to consider one of our custom yard signs.
