As always, VistaPrint did a wonderful job producing these 80th birthday invitations that I designed and ordered. Customer service is excellent and the quality is always wonderful.

We are so excited about our gorgeous Save the Date magnets. We worked with a few other companies but the turn around time was slow, they didn’t offer the gold leafing for the magnets and the process was super confusing. We chose to go with Vista Print instead and We are soooo happy with our choice! Process was so simple. They are absolutely divine! Thanks Vista Print!

I ordered these invitations with printed envelopes earlier this month. When addressing the envelopes on the website, one envelope would not allow me to type “Andrew Kiemnec and Samatha Pederson” on the same line as it had too many characters. I then replaced “and” with “&” and it appeared to go through. However, when I received the envelopes, “Andrew Kiemnec & Samantha” was on one line and “Pederson” was on a second line. First call was handled by Jahnoy on 6/12 at 4:20. Jahnoy assured me he had remedied the problem and I would receive the corrected order in a couple of days. On 6/16 at 5:49 I had a chat with Nicholas as I could find no way to place another call. Nicholas assured me I would receive the corrected order on or before 6/19 (which was a federal holiday and no mail delivery). Today is 6/23 and after spending more than an hour on the phone, I have yet to receive the corrected envelope. This service is appalling and I can’t imagine I would use Vista Print again, let alone recommend it to anyone.
