We are incredibly sorry to hear that the text on your envelope seals was too small to read upon arrival. It is certainly disappointing when a design suggestion does not translate perfectly to the physical product, and we regret any frustration this has caused. The envelope seal ordered is 1.5" x 1.5", and our system generates suggestions based on the limitations of the placeholder. The small physical dimensions can make certain fonts difficult to see. Your design has intricate details and text and so we recommend revising your design with fewer details or larger text to ensure your information remains visible and clear within such a compact space. We would be more than happy to assist you with a replacement once your revised file is ready for production.
