I recently ordered custom letterhead and I am thoroughly impressed with the final result. As a business owner, branding is crucial, and the quality of this stationery truly surpassed my expectations. The paper stock feels substantial and professional, and the print clarity is razor-sharp. What really set this experience apart, however, was the customer support. I had specific questions regarding design details, like color matching/bleed lines/formatting, and the team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They didn't just answer my question; they offered advice to ensure the final print looked perfect. It is rare to find this combination of premium product quality and genuine care for the customer. I will definitely be returning for our future printing needs.

I moved and needed letterhead with my new address. I tried to match my old letterhead-since I liked it so much. It looks great except for the thickness of the font (I chose) which I didn't notice on the proof. It'll be fine until the next order. Trial and error. Overall it turned out well.

The 5 stars is especially for the exceptional customer service, which I already gave feedback on separately to Vistaprint, but we are also very happy with the letterhead product itself. We haven't used it yet, since we're still using up our current supply ordered years ago from a local printer as we always have, but since the prices keep going up, and we had been happy with the business cards we order from Vistaprint, we decided to give the letterhead a try. It would've been nice to have other color/shades of paper (like off-white or Ivory), but we can certainly get used to having it on this bright white for the cost-savings. The weight of the standard white letterhead seems nice and the resolution looks good, despite not using an original design/artwork file, only a pdf. We look forward to the real test of printing letters on them later. Unfortunately, however, we can't order matching envelopes, since our return address and logo cannot be placed in the corner as we'd like, but it's nice to have the free blank white envelopes.

It was shipped quickly and the quality is exactly as described on the website.
