Upon checking, it appears that the uploaded design itself was already quite dark, which made some details almost illegible even in the preview. Since our printing uses a CMYK color profile, the colors are converted during production, which can sometimes result in an even darker final print. If you’d like, you can update your design to brighten the overall colors and improve contrast, then share the revised version with us.
