Simply upload your master design with your logo and branding, then upload a list of names – our system automatically generates the full set of unique badges. Built for any office or event
Our ID badges are made of durable glossy plastic, helping your design really shine and names stand out. You can pick from 2 sizes: 3.38″ x 2.13″ is a traditional credit card size, while 3″ x 5″ offers a larger option (available with vertical orientation only). Each badge is pre-punched to accommodate an attachment accessory, available in 3 styles as an optional add-on. Go for the classic lanyard in black, blue, silver, green or red. Or choose a convenient retractable reel with alligator or belt clip options.
Designed in a breeze
Create your name badges by uploading your own custom design. Once you’re in our online Studio, you’ll be able to add a customizable placeholder where your name list will go. Just upload it as an Excel or CSV file, and our system instantly populates all your badges (though you can type the details manually row-by-row, too). Once you review and approve your design, we'll print and ship them in one package – straight to your doorstep.
Not at this time. Our badges are designed for identification and display and don't include RFID-blocking or other security features.
All badges come pre-punched and work with our optional accessories (as well as other standard attachment types). Choose from:
- Lanyards: Worn around the neck. A bulldog clip (wide, strong-grip) attaches directly to the badge.
- Retractable reels with alligator clips: The alligator clip (narrow, serrated clip) attaches to clothing, such as a shirt pocket or collar. The badge attaches separately to the reel via a clear plastic snap-strap.
- Retractable reels with belt clips: A clasp attaches to a waistband or belt. The badge attaches separately to the reel via a clear plastic snap-strap.
Individually personalized names do not have to be printed on these ID badges. Simply do not include the ‘Names’ placeholder tool in our online Studio. You can leave a blank space in your design in case you’ll add names later (with a label dispenser, for example), or you may prefer ID badges with no names at all – simply your business, scheduling or conference details.
