We are so sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret that the outcome of your custom napkins did not meet your expectations. Our designs are printed exactly as they are submitted by our customers, which means we do not automatically alter or review individual graphics for clarity prior to production. Your photos were submitted to be printed on a 4.25" x 4.25" napkin, some of the images were rendered tiny, which can unfortunately cause detailed graphics or ink absorption to reduce the overall clarity. For future orders, we highly recommend contacting our customer care team prior to ordering or seeking to utilize our professional design services if you would like feedback on how your layout will print. Please reply and share some images of the napkin results with us, so we can visually review these quality concerns.
