We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered with your order for notebooks. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the last order that was placed on January 22nd for two different types of notebooks (20 each), was shipped out yesterday and is expected to be delivered to you tomorrow, January 30th. That is the order that was re-done with the blank paper on the inside of the notebooks. As such, you will be receiving the correct set of books soon. We hope this information was helpful. Of course. Our blank paper option is great for artist notebooks or sketchbooks. However, if you’re looking for a planner, teacher notebook or reflective journal, lined paper is probably the way to go. You’ll be able to choose more traditional college-ruled paper or wide-ruled paper, which provides more room for larger writing.
Wide-ruled paper has 8.7mm between lines, while college-ruled paper has 7.1mm between lines
To customize your branded notebook, you can start by choosing from one of our design templates. Add your own personalized text and, depending on what you plan to use your journals for, you might want to upload additional image files and photos. For example, you can add your business logo for conference notebooks, or include photos for a memorable gift at weddings or special events. You can also print multiple notebooks with the same design, but with different names and contact details.
Alternatively, if you have a design all ready to go, you’ll be able to upload it after you select your cover, filler paper and quantity options.
We accept the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .tif, .tiff, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .ait, .ppt and .pptx. upload design files.
The weight of a 5.5" x 8.5" personalized notebook is 200 grams or .44 lbs. The weight of an 8.5" x 11" personalized notebook is 434 grams or .96 lbs.
Your cover choice is usually a personal preference. Our standard glossy option has a shiny finish that helps make photos pop. If you’re going for a more specialty look and feel, consider our pearl option, which features a light shimmering finish, or our soft touch option, featuring a thick, velvety laminate. Keep in mind that the cover material is the same for the front and back.
