Blurry and Grainy

We chose the three photo option and everytime the photos came out grainy and blurry. They did try and fix them several times but every time the quality came out terrible. Sad since these are high resolution photos, so I wasn't able to get the save they date I wanted.

I Love the way the pictures came out on my magnets. My only issue is I wish they were thicker quality but they are perfect for what we need them for.
