I Love the way the pictures came out on my magnets. My only issue is I wish they were thicker quality but they are perfect for what we need them for.

I ordered these Save the Date Magnets with my own design, and they turned out great! VistaPrint was among the least expensive options I found. It was a little more expensive than another place I looked, but the degree of accuracy with VistaPrint made me more confident in the product and execution that I thought spending the extra bit of money was worthwhile. (Aka the other place I was looking had a much bigger safety line, or room for error/alignment, unlike VistaPrint. I would have needed to edit my design to print with the competitor, and I didn't want to do that in terms of time and design aesthetic. ) I would certainly recommend!

Our save the date magnets are 5.47" x 4.21". VistaPrint’s A2 envelopes (custom or colored) are the matching size for these magnets.

You can mail magnetic save the dates just like you would any other mail. The magnets are 0.72 oz per unit, which is light enough for standard postage — no additional cost is required for the magnet’s weight or size.

Note: Although save the date magnets stick securely to metal surfaces, their lightweight design is not meant for holding papers and other materials.

Generally, it’s recommended to send your save the date magnets 6 to 8 months in advance. For a destination wedding, try to send your save the date magnets at least 9 months ahead (or more).

Your save the date magnets should include both of your names, the date of your wedding and the location (town or city). Everything else – engagement photos, website URLs and a fun design – is icing on the cake.
