We're very sorry to hear that the print on the cards turned out darker that expected and that there was a small white strip on the back. If possible, we'd also appreciate a screenshot or PDF proof of your original design so we can compare it with the finished product. Regarding the envelopes, they are sold separately for most invitation products unless they are specifically included or added during checkout.
