We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the final print and that the cards were not as accurate to the mockups as you wanted. We wanted to look into this for you to provide some clarity on what happened. Regarding the back side, upon checking your order, we can confirm that the design was printed exactly as it was submitted. The image was not extended past the bleed and safety area in the design studio, which is why the final print has that space around the edge. We also noticed from the edit history that you just edited the design today, and the adjustments you made to the backside design now correctly utilize the full space. This new placement is exactly right if you'd like the elements to be printed to the edge of the card. As for the color, you are right that there can be a difference between screen and print. Our printing process uses a CMYK color profile, so designs set in a bright, backlit RGB screen color profile will be converted and can come out more muted or a bit darker on a physical material like Hemp or Bamboo. For any future orders, we highly recommend utilizing the preview and "generate proof" features to get the most accurate representation of how the final product will look.
