I ordered 1,000 magnetic business cards for marketing purposes and even had the associate make some needed font changes. I assumed that these changes would delay the order. I was dismayed that the cards would take 15 days to get to me because I was in a hurry and excited to mail these cards out. Oh well I though. Well. . . . . I was surprised and shocked when the magnetic cards arrived early, much earlier than the October 15 mentioned! WOW! Now that is customer service.
