This image was supposed to fill the entire card. Why didn’t a representative call me.

We print the design as it was approved and submitted. Based on our checks, the text in the design is also quite small, so we recommend increasing the text size for better visibility. We also suggest extending the image to the full bleed area to ensure it reaches the edges of the card. For future orders, we recommend using the preview option to review your document carefully before submitting it.
