I placed an order for business cards, providing my own design files. My main frustration is that the system did not allow me to select the paper quality or stock after uploading my custom design. If I could have, I would have absolutely selected a premium option. The product I received was of unacceptable quality. The card stock felt cheap and flimsy, and the print quality was severely lacking. Specifically, the photographic images in the design came out muddy, pixelated, and entirely unprofessional. I strongly suspect the poor paper stock was a contributing factor to the low photo quality. The cards were unusable, and I was forced to throw the entire batch away immediately. This was pure waste of money and resources. Do not offer custom designs if you cannot guarantee a premium paper choice.

The paper has a very natural feel, and it’s very absorbent. So, when you have a busy, ink-heavy design, it may look a bit faded as the colors are absorbed during printing.
