For years, Elleven products have been a staple for our company's needs. We've utilized Vistaprint for our embroidery, but an occasional issue has been the slight inaccuracies in color reproduction. Given that our brand identity is built around a precise three-color palette, maintaining consistent color accuracy is crucial.

I've been a VistaPrint customer for going on 25-yrs (since 2000) and their customer service is as outstanding as it was in 2000 as it is in 2025, you can't beat it and that's 25-yrs worth of business talking. The bag is a good quality bag, it took (2) bags to finally get it right, but customer service was prompt and there every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied in the end. It was very well explained about how difficult some bags are to get the stitching exactly centered.

The backpack has been great for travel. Tons of pockets for storage and the carrying handle has been very useful when loading into cars or planes. Love the large area on the front for our logo. Actually had someone visit our spa because they saw our logo on our backpacks during travel and looked us up!

Quality or embroidery was perfect. Image looks 100% to spec. Recommend making it large enough to see in stitch form. Highly satisfied.
