Ordered the minimum of 12, the first 3 I gave out on the first day all broke, two with the button snaps and one with the front straps. Looking to get a different backpack now. Also, it came with a patch on the side of the backpack which isn't represented in the photo, and the black bottom has an on-purpose frayed edge, which isn't noticeable at all in the photo's, bag is also a darker grey than the photo. The inside of the backpack is lined with a cute black and white plaid/checkered print.
