I’m writing to share feedback regarding the quality of one of your bags that I purchased less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the zipper has already broken with normal use, which is disappointing given the expectations I had for the product’s durability. I’ve otherwise been happy with the design and functionality of the bag, but the early failure of the zipper raises concerns about material quality. I kindly request a replacement, as the bag is still relatively new and should not be experiencing this kind of issue so soon. Please let me know what steps are needed to move forward with a replacement. I photos provided. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Well made and durable. Plenty of room for your laptop, binder, folders, badge and pens. Comfortable to carry over the shoulder. Would definitely buy again. No need to spend more money on something else. This is well made
