Shipping, Misprints & Placement Issues

First the good stuff and the reason this isn’t a one star: the build quality, fabric, stitching, etc. is really excellent. They feel very sturdy and like they could last a long time. But there were shipping, misprints, and placement issues. I paid $35 for shipping to rush deliver three bags. Just one arrived on time, the other two took another four days. When the remaining two did arrive, they’re clearly misprints. You can see in the pics how the layers don’t align. I placed my graphic in the center as large as it could be, as seen in the screenshots of the preview. When the bag is actually in use the top of the graphic is scrunched up and unreadable. That’s in part because they print the graphic considerably higher than they show in the preview. The final thing, and I’m more forgiving on this one, is the graphic doesn’t really pop off the material the way I was expecting. The colors just aren’t that opaque. I presume that’s tough to do with this type of printing and materials, but still not what I was led to believe it would look like based on the previews.
