Size and quality not in line with description or recommendation from the customer service

I ordered this tote bag based on the description and the recommendation from the sales/customer service professional from Vistaprint. The bag description states 13" wide and 19" height. But the actual bag is 13" H and 19" wide. So, not in meeting our requirement for a tall tote. Also the cotton is quite thin. I had requested a recommendation from the sales person for a sturdy cotton or canvas bag. So, again this bag does not meet our goal. The printed logo image looks nice though. As long as we can resolve the size and quality issue, this can be a great event give-away. Please help resolve the issue ASAP. Our event starts on March 2.

Great bag for the price and speed, but it is 19”W x 13” H, the opposite of what the product name describes. Also it’s a very thin cotton. I was expecting a thick canvas based on the photo.
