Disappointed with the poor quality of craftsmanship

The bags are made of quality material, however, the construction is very poor. All the bags had loose threads, poor seaming, and even ink stains. The embroidery had miscolored threads sticking out and the backing embroidery sheet was only partially removed. Overall, I had to spend a decent amount of time trimming loose threads and quality checking the bags before sending to customers.
