I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because they did reach out to me before they started and asked if I would accept the changes they had made due to my logo not being clear enough to embroider . and the actual fit of the shirt was correct. When I received this particular shirt. It had severe puckering around the entire logo, see attached picture, I wish they had sent me a pic of it and I would have said that I didn’t want it unless it was corrected. I ordered a 2nd embroidered shirt from them and it was spot on.

The fabric on this shirt is a bit rough / tough. I purchased a White shirt color and the logo came out perfect. But, behind the logo is a patch which can been seen through the shirt by other people. So with it being a bit see through, I might have to wear an undershirt in order for that logo mounting patch to not be seen.

The shirt you ordered is made from a 55/45 cotton/poly blend with a lightweight 3.4 oz. fabric. This material can have a slightly different feel compared to 100% cotton, which may explain the texture you noticed. Regarding the patch visible behind the logo, that's part of the printing process and is designed to dissolve after a few washes. As it washes away, it should become much less noticeable.
