Upon review, it appears the primary challenge was the specific 2" x 4.5" placeholder on the hat; unfortunately, the tiny text within the circular portion of your logo could not be legibly accommodated within that 2" height limitation. While your logo was revised to be workable for production, we must emphasize that there are inherent design limitations depending on the item, and a design that looks great on screen may not always be suitable for every product type. We recommend a revised design that utilizes the available width more effectively while omitting the smaller text elements that do not translate well to embroidery or small-scale printing. Your original logo can still work beautifully on other, more suitable products, as well as hats with larger placeholders, but the constraints of this specific hat meant the smallest details could not be rendered. We see that the logo went well for your t-shirts.
