I ordered a jacket for an employee retiring after 44 years. The embroidered patch contains our logo, which is black and red lettering on a white background. When I received the email to review the item before it was finalized, I noted the background wasn't white, and since the jacket I ordered was dark blue, that means that not only is our logo not accurately represented, but it also isn't visible. I told them that the background needed to be white, and to send me the new proof before the product was finalized. Neither of those things happened. I received the jacket with the poorly executed logo. I did respond to customer service wanting it fixed, but they responded that their embroider software automatically fills background space as if it's clear, and to update our logo next time. Companies do not update their logo to have a single product printed. Printing companies edit their work to meet their customers needs, which in this case was both requested and subsequently ignored apparently.
