Visatprint’s quality is so inconsistent and has declined that I’m unsure if they are even the same company. I printed one embroidered logo to see how it would go, selecting the correct color threads. It arrived with different colors. Customer service said they would send me a replacement and I am still waiting three weeks later. Contacted them and they have no recollection. I use them for all my clients, but I am unsure if I can trust them. The Nike jacket itself was nice. The embroidery job was not.

We do see that a new order was placed for you, but it seems the order was not completed due to challenges with the printing process. Based on our checks, we saw that the issue was escalated and is being investigated at the moment. You should receive an update soon with more details.
