Logo was so small I needed a magnifying glass to see it. Very disappointing!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the logo appeared much smaller than expected. The printable area for this cardigan is 4.5" x 4.5". Based on our review, we also noticed that the image was not extended to the full bleed area. In addition, the logo included a complex background design, which can affect the clarity and visibility of smaller prints. For best results, we recommend using sharp, minimal graphics whenever possible. To help address the issue, we have taken action on the account. An email will be sent shortly with the details of the resolution.
