Information Lacking Colors Wrong

Contacted them multiple times and could not get anyone to tell me the difference between this and another Port Authority jacket. Got some better information from PA's website. Over 2 1/2 weeks "in production" with zero updates as to why there was no progress, and being told different information from different "customer service" reps. Then, the embroidery colors did not match the artwork sent in, which was correct on the t-shirt they made. I would send it back, but it would take a month to get another. As long as that took, I had hoped they would get it right, but the blue and green stripes were completely off, and a rep even sent me what the green would look like, but wrong as well.
