Nice coat - logo & logo process disappointing

50% of my order had logo mistakes. With this coat, we were sent a proof that involved break up our small business logo in a way we did not like & would not match any of our other branding. We immediately called & discussed this with customer service, were told we'd receive another proof reflecting the change, never did, & received the item in the mail with the change we declined. In terms of the coat only, it's nice. True to size perhaps a little roomy & I found the arms to be too short for me, but I'm tall so this isn't unusual.
