Jacket came in just as ordered and ahead of schedule. I had a slight issue with my logo loading correctly at time of submission and customer service was right on it to make sure it was completed correctly!

Embroidery color was changed and can't see writing

Although comfortable and soft, I was sent a text asking for my approval for a change in my design. All of the lettering was dark blue when I approved. However, when I received this item, The middle line of the embroidery had been done in white and it is not visible. Disappointing.
