I'm not happy with the very thin jacket material and therefore the logo is uncomfortable with the backing on the underside of it. It worked great on our heavier clothing orders, but this is not something I would ever order again. Also the logo is too large for the size of the jacket. I would recommend only allowing a smaller window for placement of the logo.

We understand your concerns regarding the thinner material, the comfort of the logo backing, and the logo size in relation to the jacket. We’re sorry this item did not work as well for you as it did on your heavier clothing orders. Please note that the backing on the underside of the logo is used to stabilize the fabric during the embroidery process. Any excess backing can be carefully trimmed with scissors, and it will typically soften or become less noticeable after washing. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the material and logo placement size.
