Great material and printing came out very nice.
Only thing I can say is wish they were at a better price point and had pockets. Besides that. We love the sweatshirts

Runs larger than expected but I haven’t washed it yet to see home much it will shrink. Super soft and comfy, great print quality.

Cute modern style sweatshirt. It is a little shorter than I’d like but other wise perfect.

Overall I’m really happy with the way my design turned out. The editing features were really helpful to finalize the design too! The design is ever so slightly curved due to a printing error, but honestly it’s not very noticeable and I’m so happy with the detail of the design that I don’t mind!
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We are glad to hear that you loved how detailed your design turned out and found our editing features helpful.
However, we want to make sure you are completely happy with the final print! Even if the curve is slight, we take print accuracy very seriously and would love to take a closer look at what happened during production.
Could you please reply directly to this email with a few photos showing how the design turned out on your Hoodie? Once we receive your images, our team will review the print quality and see how we can best assist you. We look forward to hearing from you.
Hoodie

I ordered this hoodie for my wife. While I was able to get updates on the progress of the other items in the order, I could not get any updates for this one. Package finally showed up. The wife was excited to wear it. I opened the bag to show her, and it’s just blank. It was just a plain hoodie like I could have got at WalMart. I reported the problem to Vista Print. I was told they would send one with the correct design, but it’s going on past 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything. No update on progress of order, or no package yet. I’m very disappointed. How do you send out a plain hoodie for one that is supposed to have a logo. Do you not check your merchandise at all? There was only 1 hoodie ordered, how do you send it blank?
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are very sorry to hear that the original hoodie you received was blank. This is not the service we want you to have, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Upon reviewing your account, we saw that the replacement order was delivered on January 5th. We hope you received the new hoodie and that all is well this time around. If this is not the case, please contact us directly so we can assist you further.
