They sent me the wrong item

Unfortunately, I was so excited to wear this but they sent me a men’s white sports shirt with my company’s logo rather than this women’s black pullover… I double checked the order paperwork and yes, it said it was supposed to be the black womens pullover. I have no idea how someone can miss that, but thankfully customer support is fixing the issue.
