Ink smears

This isn't my first time ordering custom shirts, but this is the first time I'm disappointed. There's an ink smear that is very visible on the sleeve of my custom shirt. I wanted to order one to show my friends, so we can order more in bulk, but with the ink that looks like dirt, I won't be ordering anymore.
