This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to provide. We would like to share that the smell you experienced is actually not unusual for Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. It comes from a fixation agent (or pre-treatment) applied during the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric so it does not flake off. This coating is not permanent and the smell will go away after the first wash. For best results when washing your customized shirt, turn it inside out and machine wash cold only, using non-chlorine bleach and avoiding tumble drying. That being said, we understand your overall disappointment with how the print turned out.
