Design not put on smoothly at all. Wrinkled. Cannot even see some of the writing due to the wrinkles! I tried smoothing it out with no luck. Can't iron it. Afraid to wash it and make it worse.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the tee. Upon review, the wrinkling you described appears to have been caused by the packaging and shipping process rather than an issue with the design application itself.
To help restore the garment, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Please wait at least 24 hours after pressing before the first wash to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Air drying is recommended to help minimize wrinkling, though a low-heat dryer setting may also be used.
Following these care instructions should help smooth out the design and maintain the quality of the print. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist.
