Logo is so small, can’t read it

We wanted to look into this for you to provide some clarity on what happened. Our records show that you ordered the 1" x 1" labels, which is the smallest size we offer. We also found that the design you uploaded contained very small and intricate details. When these two factors—a very small label size and a detailed design—are combined, it can unfortunately affect the final legibility, as you've experienced. For any future orders, we highly recommend utilizing the preview feature to get the most accurate sense of how the final print will look, and also checking the size selected to ensure it is large enough for all the details of your logo to be clear and readable. We appreciate your feedback.

I love the way the print came out on these stickers, I like the glossy feel and look, I dont like the transparent background holds air. I put these on round black bottle and no matter how or what I use to flatten there is air which gives not so great look. May be user error but a little pricey for the look for me anyway. I may try with a white or background of color, but not sure if I want to spend that much again to "try".

Our product labels are printed on white paper, clear plastic and gold or silver foil paper. But that doesn’t mean that you’re limited to these color options. With our all-over printing in full color, you have the flexibility to get creative with your custom designs as much (or as little) as you’d like!

Your stickers will be printed on sheets that are 8.5" x 11".

Yes. If you intend to use your labels on bottles or cans, we recommend picking the matte paper option, as it’s the easiest to write on. We also suggest that if you select the glossy finish for your candle labels and custom wine labels that you use a permanent marker.

Paper labels are a great, durable option for indoor use and with dry-ingredient products – if your labels won’t come in contact with liquid, you’ll be in great shape. If you intend to label products that contain (or are exposed to) oil, lubricants or cold temperatures, we recommend our clear plastic option – it's both oil- and water-resistant.

You can order a single sheet of custom labels for bottles to try them out before committing to a higher quantity.
