I got the glossy/matte paper. It is much thinner than just the matte paper (which I got last time). I'm quite disappointed. . . I thought it was the same paper just a different treatment. . . but it is probably half as thick. . .

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the paper thickness of your recent Postcards. We know how important that "weighty" feel is for a quality card, and it’s frustrating when a new finish feels like a step down in durability.
To help us investigate this with our production team, could you please respond to this email and share a few images of the Postcards you received? Additionally, if you still have any cards left from your previous matte batch, it would be incredibly helpful if you could share an image of the two versions side-by-side. This comparison will allow us to see exactly how the stocks differ and help us determine the best way to make this right for you. We look forward to hearing from you and getting this sorted.
