We know how important that "weighty" feel is for a quality card, and it’s frustrating when a new finish feels like a step down in durability. To help us investigate this with our production team, could you please respond to this email and share a few images of the Postcards you received? Additionally, if you still have any cards left from your previous matte batch, it would be incredibly helpful if you could share an image of the two versions side-by-side.
