Our order was made with the help of a technician to solve a problem with white borders. Being able to get this help in the middle of submitting an order it an extreme;y useful service. Thank you! The order arrived in good time and was perfectly printed. However, half of the items were damp and ruined. (I thought this was due to the box going to my neighbor's porch and getting rained on but then realized the box had been re-taped on that damp side of the box. The damage had occurred en route. So this was the fault of UPS. ) When I called VistaPrint they asked for a photo of the damage and two days later I had the replacement items! Thank you for that speedy replacement! Much appreciated!
