So blurry they’re useless and no one I talked to would help me with a replacement or credit saying they would come out the same if I tried again. (Even though I’ve printed the same print through this company before, they wouldn’t even let me send a picture of that print to show them because it was through a different email. )

Upon reviewing your account, we saw that the resolution of the uploaded image is too low. Based on your last correspondence with us, a free reorder was offered once you upload a better quality image. Please increase the resolution of the original image to 300 dpi or higher, re-upload it, and then reply to this email. Once we've reviewed the new document, we'll proceed with the new order if possible. If you are unable to make the changes on your own, we have a design team that may be able to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them directly via www.vistaprint.com/design.
