Regarding the extra space on the flyers, the layout was printed as approved and submitted. Based on the preview, the image was not extended to full bleed, which is why you’re seeing white space around the edges on the final print. For future orders, we recommend using the preview option before submitting your order to confirm the trim and bleed area look exactly how you want. As for the flyer size, could you please reply and let us know the size you received? That will help us look into this part of the issue more closely.
