Nice design, color, and detail. Box folding needs improvement.

There is a lot of good things to say about these boxes. The matte is a great finish and the detail from my images I imported are great. Also the color is well filled in and accurate to the color i chose. However sometimes the small details leave a lot to be desired, such as the folds/folding of the box. It is not the easiest box to fold, nor the most difficult. The first one I folded bent the box down the middle and ruined the box. Eventually i got the hang of it but it requires more time to fold then perhaps could be with other boxes? Also my biggest issue with the box is the bottom flap. It folds into itself nicely, however the bottom flap hags open a bit and isn't a snug fit, making the white from the inside of the box stand out and not providing the aesthetics of a seamless fold. I will probably order these for my company, for now, but will actively be looking for another box that is more refined. The price point is pretty good for what you receive in all honesty.

Both are good, but the matte version feels more solid and professional. The only thing that could be improved is the folding creases. It feels like the box gets crushed when we try to fold it without a stronger crease.

The boxes arrive flat-packed for cost-effective shipping and quick, hassle-free assembly. Simply follow our easy assembly video for step-by-step folding instructions.

To determine the right box size for your bars, we suggest measuring your chocolate bars using the steps below. If you wrap your chocolate in foil or paper prior to packaging, be sure to measure a bar when it’s wrapped.

  1. Measure length (the longer side) from the left to the right side.
  2. Measure height (thickness) from the top to the bottom.
  3. Measure width (the shorter side) from the front to the back side.

Once you have your measurements, round each dimension up to the nearest ⅛ inch to leave a little wiggle room. Then, compare with our available sizes and pick the smallest option.

Note: Our box sizes are interior dimensions. If your bar measures very close to a size, we recommend sizing up. You can also purchase a single box to test the size before ordering a larger quantity.

Our product boxes are crafted from premium 19 pt coated white paperboard, providing a brilliant white surface ideal for printing vibrant designs. The durable outer coating not only keeps the box looking fresh but also adds extra resistance to water and tearing, ensuring lasting quality and protection.
